With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, my career evolved from Executive Chef to General Manager, and eventually to Multi-Unit Operator. I’ve managed a diverse range of establishments, including independent restaurants, franchises, and government and airport units along the East Coast.
In 2009, I transitioned from corporate life to pursue my childhood dream of owning a restaurant. I successfully ran a boutique catering company and restaurant for a decade, building a lifestyle that allowed me to balance my career with spending quality time with my teenage children. After exiting my business in 2022, I relocated to Florida to enjoy more time with my granddaughter, explore new opportunities and travel.
My love for the industry and passion for helping others achieve their entrepreneurial dreams led my to become a Certified Restaurant Broker®. Today, I’m dedicated to assisting restaurant owners in selling their businesses and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs through the process of purchasing their own restaurants.
